**Please hold onto your items until then, as no early donation drop-offs can be accepted.

- Thursday & Friday, August 14 & 15
- Saturday, August 16
- 9:00 am – 12:00 pm – Everything 1/2 Price!
Volunteer Opportunities Galore!
The garage sale is a cornerstone community service event of St. Philip’s, and we would love to have you as part of the big team making it all happen.
There are so many ways you can help, whatever your abilities and interests. Whether you have two hours or you have multiple days of time to give.
Just a few examples of how you can help:

Assist with initial table and display setup

Assist with unloading donations from vehicles during drop off days

Help sort and price donations
-
Help during the garage sale days —assist shoppers taking purchases to their cars, be a greeter, or help with security/parking lot monitoring.

You can help with prep and cleanup of meals for the volunteers. Assist in one of the many departments — from clothing to linens to housewares and more!

Be a cashier or bagger during the sale.

After the magic is done and the sale closes on Saturday, we always need help with packing up leftover items, tearing down tables and displays, and cleaning up the church rooms that were used. Many hands help make this important part of the sale go quickly.

Garage Sale Funding Requests
Money raised at the garage sale is used for both community outreach and for items needed by our church. If your committee has a need for funds, please complete a request form, which can be found in the church office or by clicking the button below.
Requests may be returned to the office and will be accepted through the month of August. The garage sale team will review all requests at the end-of-sale meeting in September.
