HyVee Flu Shot Clinic
HyVee Pharmacy will be on-site on Sunday, October 3 to vaccinate anyone who wishes to receive a flu shot.
This clinic will take place from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm in Room 1.
HyVee will bill patient insurance to provide the vaccines at no charge, so please remember to bring your insurance card. Consent forms are available for pickup in the office if you would like to fill one out ahead of time and bring it with you or you may fill one out on the day of the clinic.
